Troop 380’s 50 Year Celebration
Almost 100 people gathered at St. James Parish Center on Sunday, June 4, 2017 to celebrate the 50 chartered years of the Troop. More than 10 of the Troop’s past 47 Eagles were there and many friends and family gathered to celebrate the McKinley family’s 30 year history leading the Troop.
Photos and memorabilia from the last 50 years were on display, too.
Eagle Mom, Penny accepted the Eagle award for her son, Brian Glenn. He earned his Eagle rank back in 2001, but was not able to have an Eagle ceremony.
Some current and recent patrol members in attendance posed with their patrol flags.
Scout Austin Sage was in charge of the music for the day’s event. Thank you, Austin.
These were the Eagles in attendance at one point in the afternoon:
Thank you, McKinley family….
Carter McKinley (3rd generation)
Mike McKinley (2nd generation)
Evetta and Jim McKinley (1st generation)
Len McKinley (2nd generation)
Alex McKinley (3rd generation)
Other fun photos of the day…
Thank you to the Scout families who helped organize, set up, serve, and clean up after the event. We are grateful.
